How to Make Methi and Curd Gravy

  • Heat ghee in a frying pan. Fry slices of onions to a golden brown.
  • Add salt, red chillies, coriander, kasoori methi, garlic and yoghurt, and fry the masala till it turns brown and ghee separates from the masala.
  • Add the coconut paste, bay leaves, garam masala powder and 1 cup of water and stir.
