  • Small bunch - methi leaves
  • 1 - tomato, small
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 2 tbsps - groundnut or peanut powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

How to Make Methi Pachadi

  • Wash and cut the methi leaves into small pieces.
  • Add finely sliced pieces of tomato to it.
  • Sprinkle salt, a little sugar, red chilli powder and lime juice per your taste.
  • For tempering, heat 2 tsps of oil, add a pinch of hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, one green chilli slit, 1/2 tsp jeera and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  • Also, add the groundnut powder to the tempering.
  • Pour it on the methi mix and mix it well.
