  • 2 tsp - Aniseeds
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2&1/4 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp - dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp - dried Thyme
  • 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts, cut into 2 halves
  • 5-6 Lettuce leaves
  • How to Make Mexican Grilled Chicken Breasts:

    1. Pound all the dry spices and set aside.
    2. Wash chicken and pat dry. Gently rub some of the spice mixture into both sides of the chicken.
    3. Note: Store the leftover spice mixture for future use.
    4. Grill the chicken on an electric grill or directly over medium-lit coals, until the chicken is tender.
    5. Line a serving tray with lettuce leaves.
    6. Place the chicken pieces over it.
    7. Serve with salsa.
