  • 24 - whole Wheat crackers
  • 1.5 cups - finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup - pizza sauce
  • 24 slices - pepperoni, or pizza toppings of your choice

How to Make Microwave Cracker Pizza

  • Spread each cracker with 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce, place a slice of pepperoni on top.
  • Sprinkle with about 1 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place crackers on to a microwave safe plate.
  • Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
