  • 2 cups - bread cubes (2 days old bread)
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Microwave Croutons

  • Place butter in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on full power till butter melts, about 45 seconds.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Toss in rest of the ingredients. Cook on full power for 3-4 minutes.
  • Allow to stand till cool and crisp.
  • Serve as a snack to munch any time or to serve with soup.
