  • 1 cup - Whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup - Dark chocolate powder
  • 1 tin- Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup - Melted butter
  • 150 ml - Water
  • 1 tbsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - Confectioner's sugar.

How to Make Microwave Eggless Condensed Milk Chocolate Cake

  • Sift together the flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Then in another bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and water.
  • Then gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until it's smooth though watery.
  • Now line a baking sheet in a cake mould and pour the batter over the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins on high.
  • Then insert a skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes and remove the cake from the mould.
  • Decorate with confectioner's sugar.
  • Serve with hot coffee.
