  • 2.5 cups - Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Mango pulp (tinned)
  • 1tsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tbsp- Almond flakes.
  • How to Make Microwave Mango-Coconut Laddoos:

    1. Heat the ghee, the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, mango pulp together in a microwave bowl on high for 10-15 minutes (stir twice in between).
    2. Then let the mixture get cooled.
    3. Now take a small portion and roll it as a laddoo. Repeat for the entire dough.
    4. Now dip in the almond flakes and store in an air tight box.
