How to Make Microwave Mango-Coconut Laddoos

  • Heat the ghee, the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, mango pulp together in a microwave bowl on high for 10-15 minutes (stir twice in between).
  • Then let the mixture get cooled.
  • Now take a small portion and roll it as a laddoo. Repeat for the entire dough.
  • Now dip in the almond flakes and store in an air tight box.
