Crush cloves, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom in a microwaveable container. Along with the crushed spices add black pepper and water. Put it to boil for 2 mins. Then add milk sugar, sugar and tea. Let it boil.
Keep a close watch so it doesn't come out of the container.
With the help of a strainer get rid of the tea leaves and serve hot.
