Ingredients

  • 1cup - Ricotta cheese(full fat)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cup - Milk powder(low fat)
  • 1/4 cup - Pistachios and Almond pieces
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Rose Syrup
  • A few drops - Rose water.
  • How to Make Microwave Rose Kalakand:

    1. Combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, milk powder, rosewater, rose syrup and butter in a microwave safe bowl and stir it continuously until the cheese blends into a creamy paste.
    2. Keep the microwave on high temperature for 5 minutes and cook this milk mixture. This will double the volume, stir it once, keep again on a high temperature for 20 minutes and cook again.
    3. Now transfer it to a flat dish and sprinkle the almond and pistachios on the top.
    4. Keep aside and let it cool.
    5. Now cut it into any shape.
