How to Make Microwaved Aloo Masala

  • Spread potatoes in a large microwavable deep dish. Pour 1/2 cup water, microwave on high for 5 mins.
  • Remove, toss lightly, check if 80per cent done.
  • Otherwise, return to microwave, repeat till excess water is absorbed.
  • Remove, sprinkle all other ingredients over potatoes.
  • Microwave on high for 2 mins.
  • Take off fire, toss again, till flavours blend.
  • Take off fire, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with soft puries, phulkas, etc.
