How to Make Microwaved Dahi Chicken

  • Grind together onion, ginger and green chillies to make a paste.
  • In the microwavable dish, add 1 tbsp. of oil and onion paste. Mix well.
  • Add chicken and all other ingredients except cornflour. Mix well.
  • Micro high uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir once after 5 minutes.
  • Mix cornflour in 1 tbsp. curd. Add to chicken and mix well.
  • Micro high uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
