  • 3 bunches - colocasia leaves
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 10-12 - Garlic Cloves
  • 5-6 - Green chillies (Slit)
  • 5 tsp - Mustard oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Microwaved Kosu Xaak:

    1. Wash and cut the tomatoes and colocasia leaves.
    2. Add the garlic cloves, green chillies, mustard oil and salt. Mix well.
    3. Microwave for 12-15 minutes. Mix again with a fork.
