Ingredients

  • 2 - large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3-4 flakes - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2-3 tsp - oil

How to Make Microwaved Potato

  • Sprinkle some water over the potatoes and cook in the microwave for 10 mins.
  • Drain excess water and add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well and cook in the microwave for 10 mins, stopping once every 3 mins to turn the potatoes over to ensure the masala coats them well.
  • Serve hot with fried rice.
