Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled peas
  • 1 cup - tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup - shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp - red pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup -French dressing
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander

How to Make Microwaved Tuna Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients except coriander leaves.
  • Cook the mixture in microwave for 5 mins.
  • Remove, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
