  • Thick Curd- 3/4 cup
  • Rice Flour- 1 tbsp
  • Pepper and Jeera- 1 tbsp each
  • Mustard -1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves -1 stem
  • Turmeric - A pinch
  • Oil- 5 tbsp
  • Ladyfinger -6
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Milagu Moor Kuzhambu

  • Pour 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai and deep fry the ladyfingers. (Just cut the top and end) and keep it separately.
  • Allow the mustard seeds to splutter and put jeera and pepper (split into pieces).
  • Put the turmeric powder, curry leaves.
  • On a bowl mix the curd, rice flour and salt.
  • Pour this mix in the kadai. Add the fried ladies finger in that finally. Let it get hot and remove from the fire immediately. Milagu moor kuzhambu is ready. Serve with rice.
