How to Make Mildly Spicy Ghee Rice

  • Heat ghee in a pan or rice cooker, fry the bay leaves and spices for some time.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add the washed rice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt and 4 cups of water and cook till the rice is done.
