How to Make Milk Burfi

  • Fry the milk powder in a little ghee till it gets a golden brown colour and keep it aside.
  • Prepare sugar syrup of 1 string consistency.
  • Add the milk powder and mix it nicely, keeping on low fire.
  • Slowly add the remaining ghee to it and keep mixing till it becomes a thick mass.
  • Pour the same on to a greased plate and cut it into desired shapes when cool.
