  • 1 can - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • How to Make Milk Jam-Dulce de leche:

    1. Remove the label of the can and boil the unopened can in water in a pressure cooker on a high flame with the cooker opened.
    2. Let it boil. Then lower the flame and simmer.
    3. Now cover the cooker with the lid, without the weight.
    4. Let it cook on a medium flame for at least an hour with a closed lid.
    5. The water level should always be above the can. Add more water in case it evaporates.
    6. The more you cook the darker the colour of the sauce.
    7. Now remove from fire.
    8. Keep aside for 4-5 hours until it cools completely.
    9. Now open the can and serve.
