Ingredients

  • Milk Powder - 250 gms
  • Sugar - 250 gms
  • Ghee - 350 gms
  • Water - 100 ml

How to Make Milk Mysore Pak

  • Mix milk powder with 250 gms ghee well. Keep it aside.
  • Then take sugar and mix water to it and keep it on the stove.
  • When the sugar start melting and reaches 2 thread consistency add 100 gms of ghee little by little.
  • When the mixture thickens but not hard pour it in greased plate and cut them into desired shapes when it is hot.
  • This is the most tastiest sweet for diwali.
