Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Milk powder
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 8-10- Almonds.

How to Make Milk Powder Burfi

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and saute the milk powder for a few minutes and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile boil the sugar in with water until it reaches a one string consistency. Now add the fried milk powder and cook until the mixture leaves the bottom of the vessel.
  • Pour this thickened mixture into a greased plate. Sprinkle with the almond nuts and keep aside until it cools.
  • Cut into any shape.
