How to Make Minced Meat Cutlets

  • Cook potatoes separately and peel off the skin. Cut into small pieces.
  • Make a paste of chillies, garlic and ginger.
  • Cook ground meat with the paste.
  • Fry the meat without any water. Add salt to taste.
  • Cut onion into small pieces and fry in the oil.
  • Mix potatoes, minced meat and fried onion and make them into small balls.
  • Dip the meat balls in egg and bread crumbs.
  • Fry in the oil and when it turns golden brownish in colour, it is ready to take out.
