How to Make Minced Turkey kebabs

  • Take ground turkey in a bowl and add red chilli powder, haldi, salt, garam masala, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red food colour and marinate it for 2 hours.
  • Take a little oil and rub your hands with it. Take the marinated turkey and shape kebab from it and arrange them in a baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the kebabs for 15 minutes.
  • Then turn them to the other side and again bake them for 10 mins.
  • Take the kebabs out of the oven and serve with mint chutney, onions and lemon.
