How to Make Mint and Fish - Tofu Sandwich

  • Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
  • Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for 10 minutes. Cool and chop.
  • Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish.
  • Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
