Ingredients

  • 200 gms - Beef Meat
  • 200 gms - Beef ribs bones
  • 2 - medium Onions
  • 2 - medium Carrots
  • 3 - large Tomatoes
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 1 - Cinnamon
  • 6 - pepper Corns
  • 1 - Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 twigs - Mint leaves
  • 4 cups - water
  • How to Make Mint Flavored Beef Soup:

    1. Cut and wash the meat and put it in cold water for some time.
    2. Meanwhile, cut the carrots and tomatoes and wash them.
    3. Remove the meat from the water, and place it with all the other ingredients in another vessel with 6 cups of fresh cold water.
    4. Boil for an hour. Remove it and strain the stock, and add salt to taste.
    5. This is the base for white soups.
