Ingredients

  • 250g - Paneer
  • 100 g - Mint
  • 1 small bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 4-5 - Green chillies, as per taste
  • 1 small piece - Ginger
  • 4-5 flakes - Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1-2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Mint Paneer:

    1. Cut the paneer into cubes and keep aside.
    2. Make a paste of the mint, coriander, curd, green chillies, ginger, lemon and salt in a mixer.
    3. Then marinate the paneer in this paste for 5 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic and red chilli powder until it turns brown in color and add the marinated paneer with the paste.
    5. Cook on a low flame until the paneer is well coated and the gravy thickens.
    6. Serve hot with chapattis.
