  • 1 - avocado
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 5 - mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • pepper powder as per need
  • 2 pinches - chaat masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Minty Avocado Lassi

  • Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and blend into a smooth lassi with yogurt, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and milk.
  • Add the pepper powder and chaat masala. Stir and serve immediately with ice cubes.
