Ingredients

  • 1 - medium Cucumber
  • 100 g - Bottle Gourd
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 - Lemon juice extracted
  • 3 tsp - Sugar
  • few pinches - fresh ground pepper
  • 400 ml - chilled water
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Minty Cucumber-Bottle gourd Combo:

    1. Peel and dice bottle gourd. Sprinkle some salt, keep aside for a minute.
    2. Meanwhile slice ends of cucumber, rub and discard.
    3. Wash cucumber well, esp. froth at ends.
    4. Chop roughly, put in an electric blender.
    5. Wash salted gourd, drain, add to blender.
    6. Add all other ingredients, except pepper.
    7. Run mixie till mixture is smooth and frothy.
    8. Pass through a non-metallic strainer.
    9. Serve fresh.
