Ingredients

  • 100 g - Channa dal
  • 100 g - whole Urad Dal
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Mint leaves
  • 1 - Onion
  • salt
  • 1 pinch - soda bicarb
  • 1 tsp - coriander cumin powder
  • 1 pinch - Rock Salt
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur powder
  • Oil
  • How to Make Minty Dal Vada:

    1. Soak the channa dal and urad dal for 7 to 8 hours.
    2. Remove from water and coarsely grind in the mixer.
    3. Add spices, salt and soda bicarb.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Add the mint leaves, onion and green chilli.
    6. Make round vadas and deep fry.
    7. Serve with curd.
