Ingredients

  • 200 grams - Sugar
  • 3 - limes/lemons (juice extracted)
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Mint leaves

How to Make Minty Lemon Squash

  • Boil the sugar and water in a saucepan till the sugar melts.
  • Add the lime juice and mint leaves.
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove and cool.
  • Strain and serve with ice cubes and a sprig of mint.
  • This quash will keep for 2 or 3 days if kept in the refrigerator.
