  • 200 grams - Sugar
  • 3 - limes/lemons (juice extracted)
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Mint leaves
  • How to Make Minty Lemon Squash:

    1. Boil the sugar and water in a saucepan till the sugar melts.
    2. Add the lime juice and mint leaves.
    3. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
    4. Remove and cool.
    5. Strain and serve with ice cubes and a sprig of mint.
    6. This quash will keep for 2 or 3 days if kept in the refrigerator.
