  • 1.5 cups Gram flour (besan flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Jeera
  • 4-5 Jalapenos
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • small bowl
  • Vegetable Oil

How to Make Mirchi Pakoda

  • First take a small bowl and add the gram flour, chilli powder, jeera and salt for taste.
  • Next pour the water and mix till you get a thick batter.
  • Cut the jalapenos into two.
  • Soak all the pieces of jalapeno in the mixture.
  • Finally heat the oil, drop the pieces of soaked jalapeno in and fry well.
  • Serve with hot masala tea.
