Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Gram flour (besan flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Jeera
  • 4-5 Jalapenos
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • small bowl
  • Vegetable Oil
  • How to Make Mirchi Pakoda:

    1. First take a small bowl and add the gram flour, chilli powder, jeera and salt for taste.
    2. Next pour the water and mix till you get a thick batter.
    3. Cut the jalapenos into two.
    4. Soak all the pieces of jalapeno in the mixture.
    5. Finally heat the oil, drop the pieces of soaked jalapeno in and fry well.
    6. Serve with hot masala tea.
