Ingredients

  • 500 - ripe Olives
  • 250 g - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 4-5 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 10 tsp - Mustard oil
  • How to Make Misti Achar:

    1. Boil olives in a little water.
    2. Allow the water to evaporate.
    3. Now rub in all the spices and place the olives in a glass jar or bowl in the sun for 2-3 days.
