Ingredients

  • Sugar (according to taste)
  • 2 can - evaporated Milk (385 ml each)
  • 285 gm - sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp- fresh plain yogurt
  • How to Make Misti Doi:

    1. Mix sour cream, fresh yogurt and sugar.
    2. Pour the evaporated milk slowly into the mixture and whisk it.
    3. Pre heat oven 250 degrees C.
    4. When you see the froth on top of the mixture then then put it into the pre heated oven.
    5. Bake it for 15 minutes .
    6. Change the temperature to 200 degrees, bake it for another 2/3 hours.
    7. You can serve it as a dessert after any spicy dishes like pulau or biryani.
