Ingredients

  • Sugar (according to taste)
  • 2 can - evaporated Milk (385 ml each)
  • 285 gm - sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp- fresh plain yogurt

How to Make Misti Doi

  • Mix sour cream, fresh yogurt and sugar.
  • Pour the evaporated milk slowly into the mixture and whisk it.
  • Pre heat oven 250 degrees C.
  • When you see the froth on top of the mixture then then put it into the pre heated oven.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes .
  • Change the temperature to 200 degrees, bake it for another 2/3 hours.
  • You can serve it as a dessert after any spicy dishes like pulau or biryani.
