  • Plain Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Evaporated Milk - 2 cans (385 ml)
  • Sour Cream - 285 gm
  • How to Make Misti Doi with sour cream:

    1. Whisk together sour cream, sugar and yogurt.
    2. Slowly mix the evaporated milk.
    3. Whisk it very well until you see froth on top.
    4. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees C.
    5. Put the mixture into the oven for 15 mins.
    6. Then turn heat down to 200 degrees C and keep it for 2-3 hours.
    7. You can check on the dish by putting a toothpick inside until it comes out clean.
    8. Take the dish out from the oven. Cool it for a while, then put it in the fridge.
