Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/2 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 2 to 3 - whole Red Chillies
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 2 inch - Ginger
  • few sprigs - Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil/butter/ghee to make the dosas
  • How to Make Mix dal dosa:

    1. Wash and soak all the dals in water for 3-4 hours.
    2. Drain and grind the dals together with red chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves in a mixer to a coarse paste.
    3. Add salt to taste and mix it well.
    4. Make dosas on a non-stick tawa using oil, ghee or butter, according to taste.
    5. Serve it hot with chutney and sambhar.
