Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Mixed Fruits
  • 1/4 cup - Carrot (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Beetroot (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Oats (I used Quaker quick Oats)
  • 3/4 cup - Fresh Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp - Honey (You can add more)
  • 1 tsp - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 5 - Almond (Soaked till soft)
  • Mixed Nuts For Garnishing

How to Make Mixed Fruits, Veggies, Nuts and Oats

  • Cook Carrot and Beetroot with enough water.
  • Take all the ingredients including cooked carrot and beetroot in a blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Freeze for 3 hours or till it freezes completely.
  • Blend it once again till smooth.
  • Again freeze it for another 1 hour. Then blend till smooth.
  • Repeat step 6 for few more times.
  • Before you serve, keep the frozen ice cream out for at least 15 minutes or till it get softened.
  • Garnish with almonds, cashew or other nuts and fruits.
