Ingredients

  • 1 cup -besan
  • salt
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp -garam masala
  • 1/2 cup - leftover vegetables
  • 3 slices - bread
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • oil for frying

How to Make Mixed Pakora

  • Chop leftovers into small pieces along with bread.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Make sure water is added just enough to bind the mixture together.
  • Make small balls and deep fry them.
  • Leftover pakoras are ready. Sprinkle them with chat masala and serve.
