Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 1 tbsp - American sweet Corn
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mixed Paneer Vegetable Curry:

    1. Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
    2. Add the other ingredients except paneer.
    3. Add a little water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    4. Now add the paneer cubes and cook for another 2 mins.
    5. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
