Ingredients

  • 1/2 - Cucumber
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 - Capsicum
  • a pinch - salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of red pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 cups - thick Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - pudina
  • A small bunch - Coriander leaves
  • A pinch of Jeera powder
  • How to Make Mixed Raita:

    1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
    2. Beat the curd well and mix with the remaining ingredients.
    3. Garnish with coriander, jeera, and mint.
