Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups - curds
  • 1/4 cup - onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup - tomato, minced
  • 2 tbsp - grated radish
  • 2 tbsp - grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - coriander
  • 2 tbsp - ricotta cheese
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Mixed Veg and Cheese Raita:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together.
    2. Chill for an hour.
    3. Serve with roasted papad.
