Ingredients

  • 1 bowl - mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower), finely chopped
  • 2- boiled Potato mashed
  • 1 -onion-chopped
  • 2 tsp- chilli-ginger paste
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • According to taste -red chilli powder
  • 1tsp- Lemon juice
  • 1bowl - mixed flour (wheat)
  • 1 tbsp-soya flour
  • 1 tbsp - besan
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seed
  • 1 tsp - Jeera

How to Make Mixed Veg Paratha

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and mustard seed. After 2 min add onion fry it till golden brown.
  • Then add chilli-ginger paste. When paste turns brown, add all mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame till they become tender.
  • After that add all the spices.
  • Add boiled potato and mix it well.
  • Then add lemon juice and again cook it for few min.
  • You may add 1 tsp. bean for binding.
  • Now the stuffing is ready.
  • Prepare dough by mixing all the flours.
  • Add salt and 1 tsp oil.
  • Now make small padas of the dough and prepare paratha after filling stuffing and roast it on a tawa with little oil.
  • Serve it with curd or tomato sauce.
