Ingredients

  • 1 - Chinese okra (beerakaya)
  • Carrot -
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - channa dal
  • Salt as required
  • Oil -as required
  • Turmeric

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Curry

  • Heat oil in a tava, then fry channa dal and onion till onion gets a transparent colour.
  • Then add tomatoes, okra and fry that nicely, then add carrot and peas and cover it.
  • Let it fry for 10 mins (keep stirring in between).
  • Then add turmeric, cumin powder, dhaniya powder and red chilli powder and salt, and mix it properly.
  • At the end, add milk and cook the vegetables till done.
