  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (grated carrot, Corn kernels, Chinese cabbage, celery)
  • 5 - mozzarella pieces
  • 5 - Tomato pieces
  • 1 - pastry sheet
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Basil leaves (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper as needed
  • How to Make Mixed Vegetable Mozzarella Pie:

    1. Take a large bowl and pour the mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, basil leaves and pepper. Mix well.
    2. Dust the pastry sheet with all-purpose flour and roll well. With a bowl or cup, cut the pastry sheet into small rounds.
    3. Preheat an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    4. Take a tart mould and grease it. Place the pastry round sheet and fill with the mixed vegetable mixture.
    5. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella pieces over the mixture.
    6. Bake for 30 minutes.
    7. Garnish the pies with soya sauce and serve.
