  • 6 slices - plain white bread
  • 1 - small capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - suji
  • 3 tbsp - milk cream (malai)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mock Bread Pizza

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl. Let the mixture stay for about 5 minutes. Put nonstick tawa on flame.
  • Start applying mixture on one side of the bread slices.
  • Place that side of the slice first on which the mixture is applied.
  • Once cooked properly turn the side and let it get crisp.
  • Now serve immediately with sauce.
