How to Make Molakoottal

  • Boil the veggies with little water and turmeric powder. Add the ground masala and let it boil for few mins.
  • Mix the cooked dal to the gravy. Steam it for a while and remove from fire.
  • To garnish, put some fresh curry leaves and season with mustard seeds and red chillies.
