  • Diced veggies : white pumpkin, potatoes, long beans, carrots, peas, Cauliflower
  • Masala:
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Red Chillies - 2
  • Coconut, grated - 1 cup
  • Toor Dal - 2 cups
  • How to Make Molakoottal:

    1. Boil the veggies with little water and turmeric powder. Add the ground masala and let it boil for few mins.
    2. Mix the cooked dal to the gravy. Steam it for a while and remove from fire.
    3. To garnish, put some fresh curry leaves and season with mustard seeds and red chillies.
