Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - moong daal(chilke wali)
  • 1/4 kg - Ghee
  • 1/2 kg - whole Milk
  • 1/4 kg - Sugar
  • dry fruits,
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2-3 drops yellow colour.

How to Make Moon Dal halwa

  • First soak moong daal for 4-5 hours ,wash thoroughly and remove the covering and grind it. Fry it in ghee till brown, now add milk and sugar
  • Keep stirring till it leaves the sides
  • Add colour, dry fruits, and elaichi powder and serve hot.
