Ingredients

  • 1 cup - green gram (moong dal), soaked in water for 1/2 an hour
  • 5 cups - Milk
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Moong dal atwal:

    1. Drain dal, add to milk and cook till soft.
    2. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
    3. Blend and serve hot or cold.
