Ingredients

  • Milk - 1.5 litres
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk powder -1/2 kg
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder -1 tsp
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • How to Make Mouth-watering Rasmalai:

    1. Pour milk into a big bowl.
    2. Add cardamom powder.
    3. Add sugar as required.
    4. Heat the milk on a low flame. Do not boil.
    5. Mix 1/4 tsp baking powder with egg in small bowl.
    6. Gradually add milk powder until the mix becomes thick enough to make small balls.
    7. Add 1 tsp ghee.
    8. Cool and make small balls and directly drop into the heated milk.
    9. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes and stir the balls.
    10. Cool and serve.
