  • 1/4 cup - all purpose flour
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 6 - Mozzarella cheese or string cheese
  • 1 tbsp - milk
  • Oil as required

How to Make Mozzarella Sticks

  • Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  • Take the cheese sticks and coat each piece of the cheese sticks with flour, then dip it in the eggs and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Again dip it in the eggs and bread crumbs so that the coating is done evenly and ready to fry.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the cheese sticks for about a minute on each side, until the sticks turns golden brown and before the cheese comes out of it.
  • Serve them with marinara sauce, tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
  • It is easy and it can be made rapidly.
  • An appealing and mouth watering appetiser is ready.
