Ingredients

  • 1 - radish grated
  • 2 tbsp - moong dal, soaked for 1 hr
  • 5 ml - Vinegar
  • Small piece - ginger, shredded
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • A few - Mint leaves
  • A few Coriander leaves
  • A pinch - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat powder - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Mullangi kosambari:

    1. Toss all the ingredients together and set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
