Ingredients

  • 4 sliced button Mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of pepper powder
  • a pinch of greek seasoning
  • salt as per taste
  • How to Make Mushroom Omlette:

    1. In a bowl, take 2 eggs and add all seasonings and whisk it.
    2. Take a few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add half of the sliced mushrooms in it. Saute it for a few seconds.
    3. Pour half the egg mixture onto it and spread it evenly on a pan.
    4. Cook it for around a minute and then turn it around to cook it on the other side.
    5. Repeat the same process for another omelette.
    6. Serve hot with bread toast.
