Ingredients

  • 4 sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of pepper powder
  • a pinch of greek seasoning
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Mushroom Omlette

  • In a bowl, take 2 eggs and add all seasonings and whisk it.
  • Take a few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add half of the sliced mushrooms in it. Saute it for a few seconds.
  • Pour half the egg mixture onto it and spread it evenly on a pan.
  • Cook it for around a minute and then turn it around to cook it on the other side.
  • Repeat the same process for another omelette.
  • Serve hot with bread toast.
